Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders of $500 or more. For orders under $500, the cost is $20.

What are the delivery times?

We ship with express services only, so lead times are normally 1-4 days.

Payments

How long do I have to pay for my order?

You have 30 days to pay for your order by direct deposit. Banking information can be found on the payment page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct deposit and credit card payments only.

Reward System

Where can I see where I'm at with the reward system?

To track your goal progress in the rewards system, please go to your account or click here.

When can I claim my rewards?

When you have a reward, it will automatically apply when you are on the payment page. You can also use your reward at another time for a future order.

Can I apply two rewards on one order?

You can only use one reward per order.

Can I apply a reward on a placed order?

You cannot apply your reward after placing an order. You will therefore have to use it on a subsequent command.

How are the totals spent calculated?

The totals spent are calculated based on the total amount of all your last orders placed on the platform, before taxes. Orders awaiting payment are not calculated.
